We hope you love your order, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

You can return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused and in their original condition
Items should be returned in original packaging where possible

Please contact us first at mail@curiouscaststudio.co.uk we can guide you through the return process.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few working days.

Return Postage

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or there’s a problem with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we’ll put it right.

A Little Note

As many of our pieces are handmade, small variations are part of what makes each item unique — but we always aim for high quality and consistency.
